Thinking of joining Amihan Solutions? Here’s what our hiring process looks like—so you know what to expect and can prepare with confidence.
Step 1: Initial Conversation
It all begins with a conversation. Our recruitment team reaches out for a short phone or video call, not to grill you, but to get to know you. We want to hear about your background, what excites you, and where you see yourself growing. We’ll share more about the role, and together, we’ll see if your values and energy align with Amihan’s collaborative, curious culture.
Step 2: Skills Assessment (for some roles)
If the fit feels right, the next step may involve a skills assessment. Think of this as a way for us to see how you approach challenges, whether that’s through a take-home exercise you present later, or a live session where you solve problems in real time. Not every role requires it, but when it does, we make sure you have everything you need to show us your best work.
Step 3: In-Depth Interviews
These aren’t interrogations—they’re opportunities to talk with hiring managers about your experience, the way you solve problems, and how you work with others. Just as importantly, it’s a chance for you to get to know us. Ask questions. Be curious. We want this to feel like the start of a partnership, not just a process.
Step 4: Feedback and Confirmation
Afterward, we move quickly to give you feedback. Within a few days to a week, our team gets back to you with updates and confirmation. From start to finish, the process usually takes just one to two weeks. We value your time and do our best to keep the experience fair, transparent, and respectful.
But getting hired is just the beginning.
