Meet Ina: A Business Development Manager at Amihan Solutions

From Switzerland to the Philippines, Ina shares her journey, resilience in sales, and passion for building client relationships at Amihan.

From social insurance in Switzerland to business development in the Philippines, Ina Wieland’s career path is anything but ordinary. Before joining Amihan Solutions, she worked as a Case Manager in social insurance back home. Today, she is carving her place in the dynamic world of IT sales and outsourcing—what she likes to call outstaffing.

“I may come from a completely different background,” Ina shares, “but I was excited about the opportunity to step into this industry. The fast-paced environment, combined with the challenge of building meaningful client relationships, drew me in right away.”

Building Growth Through Proactive Strategies

Ina approaches business development with a clear strategy. For her, growth comes from being proactive—whether through launching targeted campaigns, cold outreaches, or leveraging her professional network for referrals. Beyond acquiring new clients, she puts equal emphasis on nurturing existing relationships.

“Keeping client satisfaction at the highest level is just as important as finding new leads,” she explains. “When clients feel supported, it naturally leads to repeat business and referrals.”

Resilience in the Face of Challenges

Sales often comes with rejection, but Ina chooses to see every challenge as an opportunity. “Of course, it’s frustrating at times,” she admits, “but I’ve learned to approach objections with resilience and positivity. Each ‘no’ helps me refine my approach and improve for the future.”

Thriving in Amihan’s Culture

What Ina values most about working at Amihan Solutions is its strong, people-focused culture. “The sense of inclusivity here is incredible,” she says. “No one is left behind. The support system empowers me to focus on progress rather than perfection, which is deeply rewarding.”

What Makes Amihan Different

To Ina, Amihan’s edge in the outsourcing industry lies in its vision and values. “We’re not just connecting Filipino talent with opportunities—we’re building bridges globally, especially with our strong focus on the DACH Region. Our commitment to quality, social responsibility, and innovation sets us apart,” she says.

Looking Ahead

For Ina, being part of Amihan Solutions is more than just a role—it’s an opportunity to grow while making a real difference. “I’m proud to represent a company that not only connects global clients with top Filipino talent but also fosters a culture where people feel supported and valued,” she reflects.

As she continues to drive business development forward, Ina embodies what Amihan stands for: quality, innovation, and a people-first approach.
