In this role, as an experienced Senior ServiceNow Specialist you will help operate, enhance, and expand the enterprise ServiceNow platform. You will also play a key role in driving technical leadership across modules, integrations, and process digitalization while ensuring that the platform delivers sustainable value to the business.
Responsibilities
- Operate and configure the ServiceNow platform with a focus on stability and scalability
- Improve and extend existing implementations, automations, and custom applications
- Lead the design and development of new modules, features, and customizations
- Translate business requirements into efficient ServiceNow workflows and digital solutions
- Evaluate new requirements from both technical and business perspective
- Receive, analyze, and resolve incidents and service requests
- Classify, prioritize, and properly document requests within the ticketing system
Qualifications
- Degree in Computer Science or equivalent software engineering background
- Strong practical experience in software development and workflow digitalization
- Knowledge of JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML, or motivation to learn quickly
- Experience with web APIs, integrations, and interface operations
- ITIL Foundation certification is an advantage
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
- A collaborative mindset, comfortable working with global teams
- Impeccable record of conduct and professional integrity including a clear criminal record background check and credit check
- Open to an initial 6-month engagement with the opportunity for permanent employment
- Availability to work on fixed shifts:
- Monday – Friday | 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM DST
- Monday – Friday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM SDT
