A Weekend of Connection: Amihan’s 2026 Company Summer Outing in Batangas

Sun, sea, and shared experiences—see how Amihan’s company summer outing in Batangas brought the team closer than ever.

Every now and then, it’s important to step away from our desks, pause the daily routines, and spend time together outside the usual work environment. For the Amihan team, this year’s company summer outing was exactly that kind of moment—a chance to reconnect, recharge, and create lasting memories together.

Last March 6–7, our team gathered at Eagle Point Beach and Dive Resort in Batangas for two days filled with fun activities, meaningful conversations, and a refreshing change of scenery. With the sea as our backdrop and the warm summer breeze setting the tone, the trip reminded us that strong teams are built not only through work, but also through shared experiences.

Kicking Off with Team Building

The outing began with a lively team-building activity that immediately set the energy for the trip. Designed to encourage collaboration and a little friendly competition, the games brought everyone together in a way that was both engaging and memorable.

Teams strategized, cheered each other on, and celebrated small wins throughout the activities. What made the experience even more special was seeing colleagues from different departments interact, laugh, and work together outside of their usual roles.

Activities like these are often the highlight of a company summer outing, giving employees the opportunity to build trust and strengthen communication in a relaxed environment.

A Night of Music and Laughter

As the sun set, the atmosphere shifted from competition to celebration. One of the most anticipated parts of the trip was the karaoke session, where team members had the chance to showcase their singing skills—or simply join in the fun.

The evening was filled with music, laughter, and enthusiastic cheers from the crowd. Some performances surprised everyone with impressive vocals, while others turned into lively group sing-alongs.

Beyond the music, the karaoke night created a space for colleagues to connect, share stories, and enjoy each other’s company in a more casual setting. These moments often become the most memorable parts of a team getaway.

Exploring Sepoc Island

For many team members, the visit to the island was a chance to fully embrace the tropical experience. Some took the opportunity to swim and enjoy the refreshing water, while others explored the shoreline or simply relaxed while taking in the view.

The island’s natural beauty offered the perfect setting to slow down and appreciate the simple joy of being outdoors with colleagues. Experiences like these make a company summer outing more than just a getaway—they create moments that bring teams closer together.

More Than Just a Trip

While the activities were certainly fun, the true value of the outing came from the connections strengthened along the way.

At Amihan Solutions, collaboration and teamwork are at the heart of what we do. Our recent company summer outing gave team members the opportunity to interact beyond their day-to-day responsibilities, building stronger relationships and a deeper sense of camaraderie.

The Batangas getaway may have lasted only two days, but the shared experiences—from team-building activities and karaoke nights to island hopping and team meals—created memories that will last much longer. More importantly, it reinforced what makes Amihan special: a team that works hard, supports one another, and enjoys celebrating moments together.
