What’s your background and experience in the industry?

I bring a unique background as a Case Manager in social insurance from Switzerland to my role as a Business Development Manager at Amihan Solutions. While my previous focus differs from now, I’m excited about the opportunity to work in the dynamic IT sales business field with Amihan Solutions, which specializes in outsourcing – or as I prefer to call it, “outstaffing” – in the Philippines.

What strategies will you implement to generate leads and expand the company’s clients?

I am eager to implement proactive strategies to generate leads and expand our client base at Amihan Solutions. My approach includes:

  • Launching targeted marketing campaigns and cold-outreaches.
  • Harnessing my network for referrals.
  • Engaging with potential clients virtually.

Moreover, I will prioritize nurturing strong relationships with existing clients not just to keep their satisfaction level at the highest point but also to foster repeat business and encourage referrals.

How do you handle objections or rejections from potential clients during the sales process?

I approach objections or rejections with a resilient and positive mindset. While it’s natural to feel disappointed and frustrated when faced with setbacks, I view each objection as an opportunity for growth and improvement. I am committed to learning from these experiences to refine my approach and achieve better outcomes in the future.
