Your Role & Responsibility
- Contribute to architecture and design discussions, offering input on best practices and solutions.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code, following best practices for software development.
- Work closely with consultants, project managers, and other developers to deliver solutions that align with client needs.
- Ability to mentor junior developers and contribute to team growth and knowledge sharing.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues, ensuring that the software performs reliably and meets quality standards.
- Stay updated with industry trends and propose innovative ideas for improving software performance and user experience.
Your Profile
- Minimum of 5+ years of proven experience in software development.
- Proven experience in software development, preferably in logistics or SaaS environments.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Oracle APEX, PL/SQL, Java, Python, or JavaScript, and familiarity with frameworks like Spring, Angular, or React.
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git), continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines, and testing tools.
- Comfortable working in Agile environments and familiar with tools like JIRA for sprint planning and task tracking.
- Relevant certifications in software development, cloud technologies, or data security is nice to have
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Oracle, AWS, Azure) is nice to have
- Logistics- IT or Retail- IT working knowledge is nice to have
- Nice to have: Knowledge and experience in Node JS, Toggl, Jira, Pivotal Tracker, etc.
- Have a team-player mindset with a hands-on approach
- International background/experience preferred
- Fluent English (other languages are an advantage)
