Your Role & Responsibility
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of Salesforce solutions, including LWC and Apex.
- Manage license permission issues in Experience Cloud and Sales Cloud.
- Oversee deployment of change sets and optimize Salesforce Flows.
- Work with Pardot/Account Engagement to enhance marketing automation.
- Resolve severity 1, 2, and 3 issues quickly.
- Identify opportunities to optimize technologies and provide end-to-end solutions.
- Draft business solutions and communicate proactively with internal teams.
Your Profile
- Expertise in LWC and Apex
- Experience with nuanced license permission issues on Experience Cloud / sales cloud with different apps installed
- Experience with deployment of change sets
- Experience with Pardot / Account Engagement
- Experience with flows and when to use relevant automation configurations versus coding.
- Proficiency in Python (preferred but not mandatory), definitely some kind of exposure to programming in the past
- Ability to Optimize technologies and provide end-to-end solutions
- Handle case management quickly for severity 1, 2 and 3 issues
- Work independently and take work off my plate
- Must have a Business understanding – Will not speak directly to customers but must understand client needs.
- Draft business solutions – Able to write emails and propose solutions proactively.
- Strong English business proficiency.
- Self-sufficient & problem-solving mindset – Must provide correct, independent solutions.
