As a Senior Consultant, you will be a key point of contact for our clients, guiding them through the implementation and optimization of the client’s logistics software. This role is both client-facing and technically oriented, requiring a blend of logistics expertise, software knowledge, and strong interpersonal skills. You will manage client projects, customize software solutions to fit specific requirements, and ensure a high level of client satisfaction.
Your Role & Responsibility
- Client Expertise: Act as a trusted advisor, understanding and anticipating client needs to deliver strategic solutions.
- Project Management: Lead end-to-end implementations, ensuring that projects meet timelines, budgets, and client expectations.
- Solution Customization: Customize and configure our software solutions to align with the unique needs of each client.
- Training & Support: Conduct client training sessions, ensuring users are equipped to maximize software value.
- Feedback Loop: Actively collect client feedback and communicate it to the Product Owner to influence product development and enhancements.
Your Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, IT, or a related field.
- Master’s degree is a plus, but not required.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a logistics software consulting role or similar position, with a strong background in logistics and supply chain management.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with logistics software solutions, data analysis, and software implementation.
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of logistics processes and industry standards.
- Communication Skills: Proven track record of excellent client communication and relationship-building skills.
- Certifications: Professional certifications in logistics or supply chain management (e.g., APICS, Six Sigma).
- Multilingual Skills: Fluency in additional languages, especially Dutch, is an advantage given our client base in the Netherlands.
- Technical Proficiency: Experience with JIRA or other project management tools.
- Previous SaaS Experience: Experience in Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) environments, specifically in logistics or supply chain industries.
