For a digital service designing innovative and visually engaging front-end screens for elevators, we are seeking an experienced Senior Sales & Business Development Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and client management within the elevator or building technology industry. This role focuses on driving business growth, building long-term client relationships, and overseeing the successful deployment of elevator screen solutions.
Your Role & Responsibility
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the elevator screen industry.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Oversee client success initiatives, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions to clients’ needs.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed targets.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape to inform strategy.
Your Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of proven experience as a Senior Sales Executive or Business Development Representative.
- Background in client success management or direct client handling.
- Strong understanding of the elevator or building solutions industry.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients at all levels.
- Strong leadership and team collaboration capabilities.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and other sales management software.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven approach
