The successful new joiner will be a member of an international team, which enables him/her to improve his/her technical and personal competencies.
It is the person who plays a role in the process from the analysis stage of the project to the post-delivery support stage, prepares and runs test procedures, reports the test scenario situations and errors, analyzes the errors recorded after the go-live to the customer and assigns the task to the relevant person.
Your Role & Responsibility
- Collaborating with our Netherlands and Turkey-based teams to prepare test plans.
- Designing, running, and reporting on test procedures across various testing levels.
- Supporting user acceptance testing and customer training.
- Setting up and maintaining test environments and data.
- Reporting test results and documenting your findings.
- Debugging test steps and providing feedback to improve processes.
- Experience working with SaaS products in an Agile environment.
Your Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or Electric Electronics Engineering or in a related technical field or equivalent practical experience.
- Master degree is an additional asset.
- 1+ years of experience in Quality Assurance & Test Engineering.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Experience with test tools and test management systems.
- Ability to handle customer communications in English.
- Experience writing user manuals.
- Solid understanding of various testing methodologies.
- Excellent interpersonal skills: problem-solving, feedback reception, analysis, planning, and follow-up.
