We are seeking an Oracle HCM expert with a strong emphasis on Absence Management. This role is critical for the implementation of Absence Management systems and to enhance the organization’s capabilities in configuration and migration and provide backup support for migration tasks.
Your Role & Responsibility
- Lead the implementation of Absence Management modules within Oracle HCM.
- Strengthen the configuration capabilities and oversee migration processes.
- Provide expert advice and solutions for Oracle HCM related to Absence Management.
- Collaborate with the HR Core and IT architecture teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality
- Serve as a backup migration expert to ensure smooth transitions and data integrity.
Your Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, or any related course
- Minimum of 5+ years of relevant working experience
- Proven expertise in Oracle HCM/Fusion, specifically in Absence Management.
- Extensive experience in implementing and configuring Absence Management systems.
- Knowledge of Oracle HCM in HR Core.
- Understanding of HR IT architecture, including Oracle interfaces.
- Successfully implemented Absence Management within the Oracle HCM framework.
- Established backup and migration processes to ensure system integrity and reliability
- Expert in COTS (Commercial Off-The-Shelf Software), BEA Oracle HC
- Strong in Integration & Middleware, WebLogic Application Server
- Good communication skills working in an international environment
- Self-driven, motivated, and working with limited supervision
