Be part of the leading data center in Switzerland. We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst/Engineer with a strong technical background. The ideal candidate will have experience in creating data pipelines, ETL processes, proficiency in SQL and Python, as well as experience with data orchestration and transformation tools. Knowledge of data governance practices would be beneficial.
Your Role & Responsibility
- Support in the development of an enterprise-wide data platform
- Conduct raw data analysis, data cleaning, ensuring data quality and integrity
- Extracting data from different sources (including APIs)
- Utilize SQL for data manipulation and analysis, extracting meaningful insights from large datasets
- Develop and maintain ETL processes / data pipelines (dbt)
- Use Python for tasks automation
- Creation and maintenance of data catalogues
- Documentation of current settings and future perspectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs
Your Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics).
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages (SQL, Python).
- Knowledge of APIs (REST/SOAP).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate complex findings in a clear and concise manner to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Knowledge of cloud-based solutions, particularly Azure is a plus.
