For this position, you will be working directly with Amihan Internal Team. You will be a key contributor to our growth, working directly with Amihan’s internal team to acquire new clients globally and nurture lasting relationships. Your role will focus on generating leads, setting up client meetings, and managing the entire sales cycle to deliver exceptional value to our clients.
Your Role & Responsibility
- Lead Generation & Prospecting – Identify and engage potential clients through cold calling, email outreach, and networking.
- Initiate and maintain communication with key decision-makers to uncover business opportunities.
- Schedule and conduct meetings with prospects to understand their IT service needs and present tailored solutions.
- Track and manage sales activities using Apollo.io and CRM tools to maintain an organized pipeline.
- Drive deals from initial contact to contract signing, ensuring smooth handovers to the operations team.
- Conduct training sessions and demonstrations for clients
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and client pain points to refine sales strategies.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships while exemplifying negotiation skills and ensuring long-term business growth
- Monitor client satisfaction levels and take proactive steps to maintain high levels of satisfaction
Your Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field.
- 3+ years of relevant experience in IT sales, business development, or a related role.
- Experience in the IT industry with a strong understanding of software development processes.
- Proven success in cold calling, prospecting, and closing deals.
- Fluent English communication skills (written and spoken).
- Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales KPIs and targets.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple clients and priorities
- Strong attention to detail, follow-through, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills (experience working in an international environment is a plus).
- Self-driven, motivated, and working with limited supervision
