Responsibilities

Design & Protect

• Own the automation architecture and define framework standards.
• Design scalable test structures, fixtures, and CI-integrated quality gates.
• Protect high-risk flows: onboarding, KYC, authentication (2FA/OAuth), wallet & bank linking not only at development and testing environment but also in production with a special approach beyond usual investors.
• Lead regression impact analysis and release sign-off discipline.

Assure Quality

• Implement automated functional, regression, API, and negative testing.
• Introduce and maintain visual regression testing (BrowserStack Percy or equivalent).
• Execute cross-browser validation using BrowserStack or similar.
• Validate business logic via API contracts and SQL-level checks.

Own Defect Governance

• Write clear, reproducible bug reports with logs and traceability to requirements.
• Management of all the production bug/feedback by business and investors.
• Define severity/priority standards and ensure disciplined retesting.
• Prevent regression leaks through structured verification processes.
• Continuously raise QA maturity across squads – developer written tests first approach

Qualifications

• 12+ years in QA engineering with at least 3 years owning automation frameworks.
• Strong hands-on experience with state of the art testing tools.
• Experience integrating automation into CI/CD pipelines.
• Proven ability to implement visual regression testing.
• Strong API testing knowledge and comfort with SQL validation.
• Experience in fintech or other regulated environments is highly valued.
• Clear communication and structured documentation skills.
