We are seeking experienced Atlassian Consultants with strong hands-on expertise in Jira, Jira Service Management, and Confluence, in both Data Center and Cloud environments. You will be supporting enterprise customers in implementing, customizing, and optimizing Atlassian solutions, bridging technical delivery with strong communication and consulting capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Implement, configure, and administer Jira, Jira Service Management, and Confluence (DC & Cloud)
• Customize Jira workflows including scripting of validators, post-functions, automations, etc.
• Advise customers on scalable Atlassian solution architecture and best practices
• Evaluate and integrate third-party apps, plugins, and APIs
• Design and implement automation and scripting solutions to improve processes and workflows
• Conduct workshops, requirement analysis, and communicate effectively with technical & business stakeholders

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field
• 3+ years hands-on experience in Atlassian consulting, implementation, and administration.
• Strong expertise with Jira/JiraSM/Confluence in Data Center and Cloud environments.
• Experience with API-based integrations (DC & Cloud).
• Ability to customize Jira workflows and configurations using scripts.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills (English required).
• Solid understanding of agile processes and delivery models.
• English language skills (professional).

Nice to Have:

• Experience with ScriptRunner and Groovy scripting (including unit testing).
• SAFe or enterprise-scale agile frameworks experience.
• Proven delivery in enterprise environments (e.g., regulated industries like automotive).
• German language skills (B1+)
