Our client is one of the leading research and education institute headquartered in Switzerland, with a corporate operations team supporting its satellite office in Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Finance team and Program Managers on financial reporting and analysis
• Prepare financial reports required by different programs within the organization
• Validate financial data, ensure accuracy, and encode information into established systems, including NetSuite
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling activities as needed
• Coordinate with different departments on spending, cost control, and profitability
• Assist in audit support and consolidation-related tasks during the contract period
• Identify and support process improvements in reporting and data accuracy
• Ensure timely delivery of reports and adherence to internal controls

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting
• CPA license is an advantage but not required
• Strong accounting background with excellent attention to detail
• Experience in preparing Consolidated Financial Statements and supporting audits
• Hands-on experience with NetSuite or similar ERP/accounting systems
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Strong English communication skills in an international working environment
• Detail-oriented, reliable, and accurate in execution and reporting
• Flexible, solution-oriented, and able to work independently within a short-term engagement
