Achievements and highlights of 2022 at Amihan Solutions

2022 was the year of the first.  As the company tries to navigate its growth, we have achieved many milestones for our entire operation last year of 2022.  We saw a lot of growth in 2021 despite the barriers, especially as a startup company trying to grow in the outsourcing industry.  Indeed, we can never predict how things will be, but we were able to move forward in 2022, and things have gone differently for the better. Here at Amihan Solution, we believe in transparency. That’s why we’d like to share our ups and downs — and our learnings! — with you.

Helping companies grow during a pandemic through outsourcing

The year 2022 was a long learning process for the Admin. It was a challenging but learning experience for everyone! As companies recover and try to survive, we all know first hand based on our communications with our clients, that companies around the world are feeling it, too. That’s why many companies during the pandemic have turned to remote managing and IT sourcing for their business needs as mentioned in this article by TimeDoctor.  Here at Amihan Solutions, we managed to achieve so many milestones. Even with the uncertainties, we were able to attain

  • 2 New Project Clients 
  • 3 Project Extensions

With these additional and existing clients, we have seen 13x times more financial growth in the year 2022 vs 2021. 

This is a testament to the trust clients instilled in us, especially with the competitive outsourcing industry and the steady growth for what Amihan Solutions is about to deliver. IT outsourcing in the Philippines is a lucrative industry that will continue to thrive. Adding more Filipino talents to join Amihan Solutions

As we expanded Amihan Solutions during its first full year of operations, we saw an increase in employee growth by 8x in 2022 against its previous year, 2021.  To keep pace with the demand of our clients, we had to accommodate our new clients, so the need to recruit more people for Amihan Solutions has increased. Amihan Solution’s growth is inevitable at this pace. We can keep up with our growth for our 2nd year this 2023 and deliver high-quality talents to our clients.  Remote job offering in the Philippines is a most desired position that any Filipino, whether experienced or new in the job market, is excited to tap into. 

Boost Employee Morale through Company Events 

Employee productivity and morale are our highest priority to prevent burnout and fatigue. One thing that we wanted to avoid is for us to experience low employee morale. If it happens, it will only be a matter of time before the quality of their work and productivity declines.  We can never predict the behaviour of our employees.  To ensure our staff is determined and focused, the Admin Team have also set up a rule for open communication in case of any questions. We ensure that we can communicate with each other for any needs. Second, the Admin set up some Events last year, such as Apero, Almusal, Summit and the Year End HR Party etc.

As a startup outsourcing company, we constantly evolve as we navigate IT development. As you can see through our social media sites and website, we have revamped the effort into our branding. Expect more quality branding so that we can recruit highly qualified & competent Filipino talent.
